If you don't want to deal with finding a host and dealing with code, this is about as easy as it gets...

How it works:

1. When starting new thread or posting reply you see "upload attachment" with a "browse" link below textarea.

2. Select an image from the browse window that pops up from your computer and add description to that image.

3. You click the "add the file" button, image is uploaded and bbcode is automatically inserted in post.

4. Then write your post and click "submit" to submit post and thumbnail of image appears in post.
