The animosity that this 24 hour bistro/brasserie/cafe etc brings out is truly something to be amazed at. However, despite the occassional french inhospitality
the burger here is really really really good. Perfect bun, tender on the inside and like a brioche but not, melted brie - and these people truly know what you mean when you say rare and medium rare, there is a difference. You don't need ketchup, just a small dollop of spicy dijon mustard or mayonnaise and VOILA!!! Don't even get me started on their other mutation - the LAMB BURGER - heaven !
