My wife and I recently checked out The Good Fork in Redhook.

The place is known for it's nuevo Korean dishes, but I of course ordered the burger and am happy to report it's deeply delicious. It's an exotic burger made with a bit of tempura and a very breadlike bun, but damn it was good. No fry option (onion rings) which was a minus in my book, but otherwise a solid A-.

thanks for the review mexican. There was also a meeting of the burger minds at the Good Fork a couple weeks back on AHT We will definitly make this an official meat eat and Forum soon.
