Oh yeah!

Although the fellow Burgerists have harped on my brutal voting- I am secure in my grading ofa b-! The only thing good about the ClSB burger was the Bun- a beautifully toasted and buttered brioche with just the right ammount of sesame and salt in the mix. Although when my burgar first came out I was excited by its presentation- A 1/4 patty cooked to the right temp, with a not to ridiculous smothering of swiss cheese and sauted onions. I put my salient condiments on- ketchup and Mustard and dove in only to find a large gaping hole in the total package- FLAVOR!!!!! My burger was so bland I need to put a ton of hot sauce, salt and pepper just to get the burger to taste like something. Even the cheese and the onions lacked a savoir fair. it was like those big beautiful cakes in the old fashion diners with the turning clase encasements- the look always defied the flavor. So albeit the ingredients were there, the meat properly cooked to my liking and the service kind and prompt- the burger just did not cut it.
